The hotel location was perfect for my business trip. It was in a safe neighborhood and close to the city center. the room was very comfortable, spacious, and noise, free. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was delicious and well, presented. the hotel had fast Wi, Fi which was great for my work needs.

I was expecting a bit more for the 2 Michelin star restaurant - maybe I had too high expectations(?), but I left with a feeling that I did have the wow factor I was expecting.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce niveau de prestations. Patronne très désagréable, insultante envers ses employés et humiliante. Nous l'avons vue hurler sur ses équipes à plusieurs reprises. Nous sommes loin du service attendu d'un Relais & Chateaux...

Spent Xmas at this hotel and was impressed by the cozy setting and warm ambiance. The hotel is conveniently located near several key attractions and the staff is helpful and friendly. The food served was delicious and the wine selection was impressive. What I liked most was the personalized service offered by the attentive staff.

There were some aspects that left something to be desired. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The hotel and restaurant are amazing. Superb room and decor. Service and attention to detail are perfect. Welcome nightcap exceeded expectations.

the exclusive amenities available in the room surpassed our expectations, including a private plunge pool and sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious cuisine, including special diet menus, packed lunches, and in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level in our room at night, which slightly disrupted our sleep. this did not overshadow the luxurious experience we had at the hotel.

The only downside is the high cost of the hotel, which might be a concern for some guests.
